8. What are HDRC's standards for fact sources?
| The facts used in HDRC library, DVD’s, CD’s and brochures are derived from a variety of medical sources including text books, research abstracts, medical and scientific publications and journals. Where there is significant conflicting data, both findings and references will be included in our library. |
9. How does HDRC decide that the source can be used in their library?

10. How does HDRC decide the fact can be used in their library?
| Medical Definitions are taken from standard dictionary texts by Merriam-Webster Dictionary or MedlinePlus Medical Dictionary through the National Library of Medicine.
Medical statements of fact that fall outside general knowledge require a citation from primary sources that meet HDRC’s accuracy criteria including, but not limited to government agencies, health foundations and associations, medical journals and accredited medical colleges. HDRC excludes from their bibliography policy statements, commercial websites, and secondary sources. |

| Behavior recommendations and statistical reporting require the highest standard for critical analysis. U.S. and international government agencies are generally reliable and are usually the most acceptable for HDRC's data. Behavioral recommendations are only made when the data indicates a consequence that is not conflicting and/or includes percentage rates. |
12. Who writes and reviews HDRC's resources?
